RECLAIMING VACANT PROPERTIES CONFERENCE HELD IN BALTIMORE
Baltimore Housing Commissioner Paul T. Graziano was pleased to join the Center for Community Progress in welcoming thousands of attendees for the three day Reclaiming Vacant Properties Conference. The conference was held in downtown Baltimore from September 28-30th.
This year’s conference theme was “In Service of People and Place.” Conference highlights included exhibits, guest speakers, training seminars, and mobile workshops facilitated by Baltimore Housing’s Vacants to Value staff members.
The Vacants to Value initiative demolishes, rehabilitates and redevelops vacant properties to create new housing and green opportunities for families.
