CDBG application for CFY 2018 now available.
DHCD will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November, 2, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., in the Board of Estimates Room, City Hall, 100 N. Holiday Street, Baltimore Maryland 21202. The primary purpose for this hearing is to afford citizens an opportunity to discuss community needs and review the City’s past performance with regard to four formula programs - Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership, Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG). The public hearing will also afford the public an opportunity to comment on the revised Citizen Participation Plan.
DHCD is at this time also inviting non-profit organizations and City Departments to submit proposals for projects to be funded through the CDBG Program for CFY 2018 beginning on July 1, 2017.
