Welcome landlords! We invite you to use this online tool to manage your HCVP property's payment and tenant information.

Baltimore Housing recently sent letters to landlords participating in the Housing Choice Voucher Program. This letter contained information regarding your Landlord Number, your properties within the program and how you can review tenant and payment information for these properties online. If you have not yet used this new service you may do so by requesting a new password.

New Users Current Users
  • You will need your Landlord ID, the last 4 digits of your Tax ID or Social Security number and your email address.
  • In a few minutes you will receive an email with your new password.
  • Once you have your password, you may login under the section titled HCVP Secure Log In and enter your Landlord ID and Password (Remember, your Landlord ID appears on the letter you recently received).

If you are having trouble requesting a password or gaining access to tenant and payment information please send us an email. Please include your name, your company name, your Landlord ID # and a short message.
