The Rolling Bid Program
The Office of Real Property Disposition manages the sale of city-owned property and works with developers and other parties interested in acquiring these properties. We invite developers to bid on properties through requests for proposals or public advertisements, as well as on properties available for unsolicited bids.
Project SCOPE
A cooperative endeavor designed to enable members of GBBR and/or the Real Estate Brokers of Baltimore to list and market selected City-owned properties.
